      I first met this customer at the Essen Exhibition in Germany in 2023. At that time, my colleagues introduced to the customer in detail our company's achievements in the field of metal wear and corrosion resistance, and had an in-depth discussion on laser cladding and plasma surfacing. At that time, the customer highly recognized Benxi Welding Equipment.

      The customer showed great willingness to cooperate and confirmed the future cooperation mode and direction. After the two parties contacted, we accompanied the customer to visit the company's sample room, R&D center and test room. The customer praised our professionalism and discussed the company's recent development trend and market demand .

      During the customer visit, we organized a series of communication activities to let foreign customers better understand our company culture and business.
